I'm passionate about life-coaching, and I'm

passionate about giving back to my community, so every Wednesday from 10-12noon, I host group coaching at the Old Scout Hut in Llanelwedd, Builth Wells.

When we work together, we share our dreams and our challenges, we realise we're not alone, and find support and comfort.
